Second shift NOC Technician intern in a hybrid NOC/SOC environment, fulfilling both network and security operations duties as the primary monitoring and response function for the shift.

Performed after-hours SOC coverage, including:

• Alert triage, response, and documentation
• Endpoint threat investigation in Bitdefender XDR
• Email threat investigation, containment, and VM detonation in Mimecast and internal platforms
• IOC classification, analysis, and documentation
• Creation of escalation and exclusion reports

Conducted enterprise infrastructure monitoring, host and endpoint investigation, network analysis, outage detection and response, ticket handling, and organizational communication using Zabbix, Grafana, Netbox, and HaloITSM.

Operated as a high-visibility coordination function for WebstaurantStore and the broader Clark Associates organization, escalating and receiving escalations, working directly with ISPs, on-call staff, and third-party vendors to facilitate rapid incident response, resolution, and documentation.
